In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition.
Returned items with signs of damage will be refused and returned to sender.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, but we do issue full refunds in the event of faulty goods this is up to the discretion of management.
We will refund any payments via the same way as received.
If a return is to happen we will negotiate with you to achieve a reasonable conclusion.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving.
If item does not fit then please send it back.
We are not responsible for any items that are lost in the Australia Post System. We do however communicate with Australia Post and fill in all the appropriate correspondence with them, so we can help you find your item. You will be given Reference numbers if this is the case so you can then check with Australia Post yourself that everything that can be done is being done.
Shipping/Postage can be as little as 3 days to 2 weeks for Australia or for international it can be 7 days to 3 weeks.
If you have not received your items in these times please email us so we can start the paper work to find your item.
Unfortunately Australia Post does not refund for international postage or parcels containing jewellery so make sure you include International insurance ($9 AUD) or registered post ($3) in the options area.
All items are checked for faults etc before leaving stores.
